Today I'm celebrating a very important person in my life and the main reason why I moved to Italy, started this blog, love my life everyday, etc. Tanti auguri and happy birthday, Edoardo xx.

We're celebrating with obligatory barbecue bacon cheeseburgers, beer and an early night at home. Instead this weekend, we're hosting an American brunch with all the fixings (pancakes, eggs, bagels, mimosas) and I can't wait to see our Italian friends' reaction to a real breakfast that includes more than a cappuccino.  For my readers' viewing pleasure, I'm making today all about the birthday boy with some of my favorite shots of him ;) Enjoy, and check out my favorite picture of us over on my Instagram.
